‘I struggled with addiction for seven years, so I understand how tough the journey is. It numbs the pain and distorts how you see yourself and others. I've been through it all—strippers, drugs, booze. The temptation never goes away,’ shares Maria. ‘It all began back in Poland, so returning there was definitely triggering. But revisiting my past showed me how much I've changed and grown. I'm stronger now. Love made me stronger. This song is a promise of new life and a shoutout to everyone facing the same battle I did.’
